About Me
My name is Bill Schaller. I'm a 22 year old college student from Lewisville, NC. I am currently studying at Guilford College, in Greensboro, NC. I am working towards a BS in Computing and Information Technology and a BA in Music Performance.
I was born in Jacksonville, FL. My family moved to Lewisville, NC when I was 7 years old, and I've lived there(when not in school) ever since. I spend most of my time in Greensboro.
I went to high school at Asheville School, in Asheville, NC.
Web Design
I am a web designer/developer. I work with HTML/XHTML, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and Flash.
I designed this site using XHTML, CSS, and Javascript. In particular, I used a Javascript library called moo.fx to create the accordion effect that drives the site links.
The visual design is based on one of my favorite shirts that my grandfather used to wear.

Photography
I enjoy photography, though I am by no means a professional. I use a Canon Powershot A620, and I find that it takes excellent pictures.

Singing
I enjoy singing. I sing in the shower. I sing in the choir. I sing in the car. I sing in a lot of places.
I particularly enjoy English and German art songs/lied. I enjoy opera and musicals as well. I hope to go to graduate school for voice, and even though I might not become famous one day, I still want to give it a go.

Ok, I only have one pet if you don't count the fish and shrimp.
